Arthur Cotrim
Engineer graduated from PUC-RJ with an MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ. Has solid experience in management consulting, financial restructuring and M&A, in the following industry sectors: technology, manufacturing, retail, financial services, logistics and infrastructure. At Actual Ventures, sets a pace for continuous value capture and solutions with positive impact to clients.
Eduardo Contani
PhD in finance from FEA-USP, with doctoral research in capital markets at Columbia University (NY). Engineer from USP and management specialist from FGV-EAESP (2006). As a World Bank and FIA consultant, developed financial models for concessions and PPPs in gas, transport, education, health, financial products, construction, food and energy sectors.
Rodrigo Bandeira
Business administrator from FGV-EAESP with Master’s degree in business administration from NYU. Expert in startup business on Internet and digital networks, negotiation, turnarounds and strategic consulting projects.
Ana Raquel Andrade
Accountant from USP, with expertise on restructuring and M&A projects, financial modeling and financial analysis.
